Massive Explosion in Giridih Home Claims One Life, Injures Four

A powerful explosion late last night rocked a house in Shitalpur, Giridih, resulting in the tragic death of a woman and leaving four others injured, three of whom are in critical condition.

The deceased has been identified as the mother-in-law of the homeowner, Umesh Das. Umesh, along with his wife and son, sustained serious injuries and has been referred to RIMS Ranchi for advanced medical treatment.

The blast was so intense that the upper portion of a wall beneath the roof collapsed. However, the exact cause of the explosion remains unclear.
